| Under Dr. Prentiss, Good Thinking
Works
has developed a number of programs for employee assistance on a
variety of issues such as cultural sensitivity, office relations,
and substance abuse awareness. At the core of our employee assistance
programs are a number of seminars that we offer for all level of
employees
of
companies, organizations, and agencies. These employee assistance
seminars are similar in structure and content to our continuing
education
workshops,
and they can be tailored for audience size, segment of staff (e.g.,
department heads, clerical staff, engineers, etc.), and duration.
They can be of any length between three and six contact hours,
depending on the needs of the client. The content will take into
account such
particulars as company policy, agency mission, organizational philosophy,
and the like. |

- Interpersonal Sensitivity and Harassment Awareness
- Diversity Awareness and Appreciation
- Substance Abuse Awareness
- Strategies for Problem Solving
We are well aware that there are many providers of presentations
like these already in business. It is our belief that the positive,
innovative, empowering approach that we take in our programs, and
the way we communicate that approach in our seminars and workshops,
sets them apart from the many presentations available from other
providers.
